The college also offers Ph.D. programs in all Departments and M.Phil programs in Humanities, Basic and Social Sciences. AU College of Engineering (A) has become the most preferred college for NRI students. The college is also conducting foreign collaborative two year programs in M.Tech/M.Sc (Software Engineering), MS (Signal Processing), M.Tech/M.Sc (Telecommunications) with Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden and three year B.Engg. (Aircraft Engineering) with Perth College, UK and four year B.E. (Electromechanical Engineering) in collaboration with Group-T International University, Belgium. The college has 333 Ph.D. scholars who are actively engaged in Research. The faculty and scholars have published 1,556 research papers in National/International Journals and Conference proceedings during the last 5 years. 406 Research Scholars are awarded Ph.D. Degrees.
